Day 1 for NEW Supplements

Took my first pak of Animal Cuts this morning, also my first shake with the graham cracker VPX Zero Carbs protein mix. That Zero Carbs is much MUCH better tasting then that other stuff I was taken. 

The after effect of the Zero Carbs shake are maybe off since I took some T-Bomb 2 right before. My stomach was feeling weird, but the more water I drank the better I felt. 

Today was Chest and Back at the gym, since I have to now work a new schedule out because of a shift change. I was doing chest at midnight and Back/cardio in the morning. My workout partner usually does different cardio work out anyway; we combine the back work out with chest. Seeing major improvement in my lift two set of 225lb x 10 reps and even pull-ups (assisted) moved from 120lb to 75lb

Goals Meet!

Well I woke up this morning, got on the scale to track my weight (non-lose), still at 232. Pull out the tape measure and start taken them down. WTF . . . I lose another 1% BF, I hit my 20% goals for BF . . . KICK-@$$!!! The scale might make you think your not doing anything in the gym something, but the tape never lies the BF% is where is counts.

I start my new supplement plan with Zero-Carb protein shakes and Animal Cuts tommorrow. Maybe I can hit 15% BF, that would be freakin awesome!!!!!

Falling into Place!

Well, even though the weight is not really dropping the BODYFAT IS!!!!! Muscles are getting bigger as well. Going to finish off the supplement I got and start a whole new thing starting in OCT.

I picked up some Animal Cut and some Carb-Zero protein shake mix. Going to try and use the protein mix as a meal replacment as well. . . since the food over here in Iraq I think is really hurting my weight lose as well.

I’ll start bloggin my result once a day with the new supplement for 30 days, and bi-weekly progress pics as well.

Sugar High Protein Drink

Forgot to pick up some low fat milk today, so i found a thing of banana milk in the frig. Mixed that for my protein shake . . . WOW. . . freakin’ hell that sweet!!!!!! Oh man had to drink it a little bit at a time. LOL. . . don’t forget to pick up low fat milk.

Here in Iraq we can only get the Full Milk, Half Milk, Skimmed(been out of) and of course all the flavored milks.

New Supplements ordered

Well, going to to change up my supplements. I’m going to finish what I have, but changing things up to help shock the system. I’m going to try out Animal Cuts and a different Protein supplement (VPX Zero Cards Protein).

I starting to notice my problem, gaining a lot of muscle, but the fat just doesn’t want to go away(can’t get cut look) . . . even working out twice a day and cut back or out a lot crap from my diet. 

Hit the gym last night knock out some cardio 25 min on bike 15 min on crosstrainer.

Did some shoulders and tested out my arms a little bit by doing some arm curls with 60lbs dumbbells(4-5 Reps).

 

New Workout Plan?

Well, this week I started a new workout plan (still gotta list it) and a workout partner (Matt).  Well the workout is somewhat planned out (like muscle groups) it’s just the actual exercise are still not fully planned out(go with the flow). I have to say I’m doing a lot more then what I am use to doing. I feel really the burn when I leave the gym, arm workout are a lot more intense. Funny, my veins are popping out on my right arm, but not my left (bicep). My right arm (bicep) veins are poppin some much now that these little veins are starting to form too. Freakin Awesome!!!

I’ve been working out on my own for a few months now, but having someone to work out with is a whole new thing here. It’s great to have someone puch you that extra little bit or even make you wanna push that extra little bit. Hopefully we can keep this up for the next couple of months.

Yeah muscle are sore, triceps are screaming . . . going to start back on my protien mix again . . . see if that help out any with recovery.

Promotable Now!

Today I went to my E-6 Board and passed! It’s taken me forever to get this knocked out, seemed everytime I got ready to go something bad would happen (broken foot last time).

Now I’ll be able to reenlist one more time and serve til my retirement.

Midnight GYM

Well, I was able to get away before lunch(midnight chow) and get some chest and arm workouts in. This was the first time I did the full new workout were I added in the cable and curl bar into my routine. I know it was a good work out, cause I couldn’t reach up and fix my collar on my coat after putting it on HA HA HA HA.
