Day 1 for NEW Supplements
Sunday, September 30th, 2007Took my first pak of Animal Cuts this morning, also my first shake with the graham cracker VPX Zero Carbs protein mix. That Zero Carbs is much MUCH better tasting then that other stuff I was taken.
The after effect of the Zero Carbs shake are maybe off since I took some T-Bomb 2 right before. My stomach was feeling weird, but the more water I drank the better I felt.
Today was Chest and Back at the gym, since I have to now work a new schedule out because of a shift change. I was doing chest at midnight and Back/cardio in the morning. My workout partner usually does different cardio work out anyway; we combine the back work out with chest. Seeing major improvement in my lift two set of 225lb x 10 reps and even pull-ups (assisted) moved from 120lb to 75lb
