My Birthday

Well today is my Birthday … on the cool side, two of my good friends have the same birthday too … even cooler … Billy Bob Thornton as well …. BUT in sad news President Obama has the same birthday too. I know I know … I’m trying to keep the bad news from completely ruining my day!

Starting off the month of AUG right, kicking up the Cardio and cleaning up my meals. Working on cutting down some weight since the Army say I can’t weigh no more then 211 lbs and 24% BF  for my Height (6′2") and age (35).

WTF! Hydroxycut!

             “The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently released a consumer advisory about certain Hydroxycut-branded products. According to the advisory, the FDA has received 23 reports over more than seven years about consumers having experienced serious liver-related problems coinciding with the time they were taking Hydroxycut-branded products. The advisory states that, “Although the liver damage appears to be relatively rare, FDA believes consumers should not be exposed to unnecessary risk.”

 I’m about to finish up my first week on this stack and then I see this all over the news and on the Hydroxycut homepage. Now, I’m not sure I want to finish up this stack or find something else.

Gotta find out too if BB.com will do the refund for this product.

My Next Stack (MuscleTech)

I just ordered a new stack tonight … I’m changing up a little bit and given ol MuscleTech a try with their HardCore Shredded Stack … plus I’m adding in a little CryoTest too.

BB.com has been hooking me up with a bunch of sample packs from MuscleTech in the past,  now I’m not real big on their powders (nitrotech, cell tech), but their pills forms are actually pretty good, like NaNOx9.  I’ve a had a couple of friends that stand by Hydroxycut Hardcore, so after trying CytoLean and Lipo6, I thought I’d give it a try. All I’m a big fan of Test Booster supplements so I thought I’d give CryoTest a try too, I’ve been off of Novedex XT for a couple of weeks now.

Of course I’ll be  keeping a blog update on my 21 day progress.  I think I’ll be starting Monday, we have a new PT time during our shift work. Try and get my cardio up and quick and simple set for weight training.

7 lbs Muscle Gain, No BF%

Did my weigh-in this morning … I gain 7 lbs in the pass 3 weeks … not really shocked … but my BF% stayed at 20% …. that was a shock … that’s Freakin Awesome.

I have one more week on my current stack, then I’ll start cuttin’.

Started GN: Anabolic Arsenal Today

Well, today I woke up eat a little breakfast. Then decided to start my new Stack today … Gaspari Nutrition 4most Anabolic Arsenal. 

Started off with the Plasmajet pack two hours before starting my workout, about a half hour before the workout I took my SuperPump250. Grabbed my cool little BB.com waterbottle and filled up with some SizeOn in the gym.

Knocked out 4 set of 12 reps on the Flat, decline and incline bench. 7 set of 12 reps on the fly machine. 4 sets of 12 reps on the tricep cable push-down and 4 set of 12 reps with free weight ovehead triceps ext. Plus 4 sets of 12 reps on the hanging leg raises for a little abs workout.

Then knocked out 4 laps on the track … forced walking

 Before bed here (in a little bit) I’ll take the last of todays stack with Novedex XT

Gaspari Anabolic Arsenal

Well, I passed my Army Physical Fitness Test once again on Wed, even though on Monday I destroyed my thighs to the point I have trouble walking (serious).

I’ll be heading to school down in Fort Gordon, Ga for Feb and Mar and with that I’m going to start the "Gaspari Nutrition 4most Anabolic Arsenal"

SuperPump250, SizeOn, PlasmaJet and Novedez

I Hope that I will have the time to focus both in the gym and on my meal plan. Getting my meal down is going to be hard, I might have to look into meal replacement bars or drink to make up for the time I’m in class. Planning ahead is very important, but also is hard since I’m not sure what’s going to happening in school.

New Stak

Today I started off the New Year with my new supplement stak. Gaspari Nutrition: Cytolean, Novedex XT, Superpump 250 … plus Universal Animal: Pak and Flex. For Protein I’m going back to VPX Zero Carb: Graham Cracker.

Finished Up with Mitotropin

My first weigh-in was at 221 lbs (at the end of the day) and my "Ormon Body Fat Analyzer" had me just under 22% BF.

Yesterday was my last day on Mitotropin and I ended with 217 lbs and Ormon Body Fat Analyzer has me at 20.3% BF.

So all in all with the hoildays, gym being closed, being sick, etc. I was pretty happy with the results that I got with Mitotropin. Could have I done better … yeah … if everything would have went prefectly.

 By U.S. Army standards for my age (34) and height (73.5 inches), I can weigh no more then 211 lbs and 24% BF. I still have some weight to lose, even though I do pass the tape test at 20% BF.

Progress with Mitotropin?

December 20, 2008

Ugh, weighed in the other night and this afternoon, I’m up 3 lbs(219lbs)! Crap! Ok … good news,I guess … is that my BF% is still at 20%.

With my protein intake up and weight lifting increased a little bit, gaining muscle is a factor. I’m still trying to get down to 211 lbs for FEB though, was on an average of 2-3 lbs a week loss.

Got to ligthin" up on the weights and tightiN’ up on the meal plan too … gonna be hard with christmas and new years right around the corner.

Makin Progress with Mitotropin

December 13, 2008

Just updated my progress stats and pic.  I just finished my 14th day on Mitotropin!

Today was Shoulders and Traps and at the Gym, plus 30 min on the cross trainer.

3 set each 10 reps - Straight Bar Shoulder Shrugs + Side Dumbell Lifts

3 set each 10 reps - Dumbell Shoulder Shrugs + Front Dumbell Lifts 

3 set each 10 reps - Reverse shoulder press …. then 30 min on the crosstrainer

Eating right 6 -7 times a day. With shift schedule keeping me up and down all hours of the week(night shift and day shift). I thought I was going to a real problem with meal and supplement times. Thing seems to be working fine the way I’m going … so no excuses here!
