I have tried my fair share of Supplements and have to say for the money and with the result, i am totally in love with BSN’s NITRIX. With the gains i have seen in my chest and arms as well as my veins showing up more and more im super excited about taking this bad boy. Im not saying it some sort of magic pill… i put in my time at the gym as well ass Juijistu 3 times a week… but this has given more results that any other supplement i have ever taken. Just thought i would give everyone a heads up… Its worth giving a try for a month and see what it does for you!

The Gym was closed and work was crazy. It really sucked having the gym closed because i wanted to go so bad, but i was forced to stay at home and do push-ups, running, and sit-ups. Which are all good, but i want the whole thing. Anyhow, i took a bit of time off from jujitsu and was "relaxed" for 2 weeks. It was good but i still had the desire to go into the gym and bust my ass. But like i said, i got back on the horse today and get back in the gym. It was good to be back. I could tell that i was not in as good of shape as 2 weeks ago, I lifted heavier than my norm last week which was ok, but i got to being dead tired and couldn’t finish off my 3rd set of bench press. *needed a bit of help* =( I was able to run a half a mile in about 4:01 and that is on par with what i do normal. I do that just to get the blood pumping. I’m trying to get it into the 3:30 range as a goal. But we will see. My chest has been my FOCUS point for the last month and i am noticing a difference. I started taking BSN Nitrix this last weekend and have not noticed any difference other than cardio during jujitsu was a little better. It says after 2 weeks is when it really kicks in.. so we will see.

The last couple of nights i have had hard workouts but not felt good about them. I worked out hard enough to feel sick after, which is all well and good, but i dont like to do it because its hard to eat after. Tonight was different. Much better. Felt tired and didn’t feel sick. Anyhow. I am noticing improvement on my arms and shoulders. Chest still needs lots of work. Its ok though. It will all come in time. NOXPLODE is great. I feel the pump and can tell there is a difference in my strength. On days i dont take it 30 min before workout at least i notice that i am not as strong. Days where i give at least 30 min for it to kick in, it kicks ass. Anyone who wants that extra edge when working out has to try it. I think thats about all i got for tonight. Everyone keep kicking ass!

Had a good workout tonight… People at the gym freaking dont wipe down the benches and machines after they lift… NASTY… no one realizes that staph infections can kill you if they get into your spine or cause you to lose function of your arms or legs… anyhow.. the workout was good, been doing a "full upperbody" workout every other day and am thinking about breaking it up.. i have seen progress so far and am not 100% sure wither i should change it or not.. i may try doing just chest, and back, then just arms and legs and rotate that… but not 100% sure… Getting this bit of fat off my abs is by far the hardest thing i have had to do… i can do a billion sit ups and i know thats not really going to help all that much… so i am eating as right as i can and just waiting for that fat to burn off. =)
Anyhow, ill keep doing what i gotta do to get big. =)

Working out 3 times a week and doing Jujitsu 3 times a week keeps my schedule full along with 60-70 hour work weeks. Makes it hard to stay motivated to work out and do Jujitsu but the only way im going to get bigger and stronger is keep it up. If anyone is wondering if you want to get amazing cardio workouts enroll in a local jujitsu school. Ive been going for about 6 months and am close to getting my blue belt. As soon as i get my blue belt ill be ready to start boxing and perhaps a year from now fight! Thats a decent long term goal i figure. Anyhow after this rant off to the rec center.

Just wanted to get this started and post my results this far into my Bulking Program. I have been bulking since November, and gained quite a bit of weight, from around 160 to 185 to 190 depending on hydration. I will contiune to bulk until i reach 195-200 range in about May i hope, and then start to cut and hit the weights even harder than i have now to get back down to 175.
