I’m Back!

Monday, May 18th, 2009

Hey guys and gals, it’s been awhile since I posted, and just wanted to say hey and I’m still here! Things have drastically changed in my life, as well as my fit regimen. I quit the gym and now stay fit by doing P90X and I love it! I’ve also embarked on being a Beachbody Coach (free, after you purchase the product), and I LOVE IT! We won’t be opening a gym, as it said in my other post, but will be keeping fit and encouraging others to do so! Being a mother and being fit is the most important thing to me right now, and I hope always. Keep it up and stay motivated! Check out my Beachbody  webpage, and if you ever do consider using a program such as P90X or something similar-purchase through my website so I can be your personal coach :) . It’s www.teambeachbody.com/demibean! XOXO

New Ventures

Sunday, February 18th, 2007

Well, things are rapidly changing in my world.  I have decided to pursue something that I probably should have done long ago-personal training.  People have told me for years that I should do it, and I’m sick of having to tell people my workout and what I do and what they should do over and over again! Might as well make a profit on my passion in life.  What really makes it exciting, is that I’m opening up my own private gym here in charleston, right in our carriage house.  It has just start being built, so we decided to upfit it as a gym, and I will privately train clients in an upscale atmosphere.  I am so excited for this I can barely stand it! I love being a stay at home mom, but this is just too good to pass up, and my daughter can help me, which I know she would love. I will finally understand what it is to really do your passion in life, which to me, is what we were put here to do, the hardest part is just figuring out what the heck that is, and actually DOING it.  You can talk about your ideas all day long, but until you really start putting things in writing and actively pursuing your dreams, your not living life.  I think this will be a major chapter opening in my life, and my husband and daughter are fantastically supportive.  I love them so much and I am so thankful for them.  The ol’ Nike slogan rings true for me-Just Do it.

Welcome!
