what are good foods, and what are bad foods?
everyone tells me to eat right….. and i would love to… but one, not a big meant eater, dont really love eggs! wtf haha. i know for me to bulk i should have 6 meals a day, about every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. what should i eat what should i not eat? thanks

sup bro…i know eating right is a hard thing to do, its more than hard…but im following jamerjay’s diet with my modifications of course…but its pretty easy to follow…just type in jamerjay interview in the search spot at the top….it seems to be working well for me so far…but if its to hard to follow make it your own and write it down, thats what i did…WORKING HARD IN THE GYM AND OUT=RESULTS
