everyone tells me to eat right….. and i would love to… but one, not a big meant eater, dont really love eggs! wtf haha. i know for me to bulk i should have 6 meals a day, about every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. what should i eat what should i not eat? thanks

i have used tons of supplemenst it feels like. I have used, pro nos, cell tech, cell mass, altered state, numerous creatines, and protiens. Some work some don’t. I have had great success with cell tech, but i want to bulk more? Any one feel free to give suggestions.

i really want to get jacked to be straight forward. i workout and workout….. i need help. on supplements diets workouts, ect….. i am doing a 10 week mass workout and it seems good…. but i just want to get bigger. so far i went from 135 lbs, to 175 lbs, it took about 1 1/2 years….
