I just ordered last week $235 worth of goods. This entitled me to a freebie gift. I picked the blue bb.com shirt. When i got my box they also include a shaker. Now with all the money i spend @ bb.com a $3 shaker doesn’t seem like a lot. However, to me this just shows bb.com’s class. Keep it up bb.com

So my weight was 183lbs today. Up 7lbs since i started bulking! I plan on doing this until the beginning of January and then I will start cutting up for the Mr. West Palm Beach Show. Target weight is set at 195lbs. I’ve started eating cookie dough at bed time with my protein shake… seems to be helping. Also, I will be adding powder lifting movements into the mix. Hopefully this will add some much needed mass.

I was thinking of trying IDS Mass Tabs, as I’ve heard of great gains from it. Anyone got any experience with them?

Ok so i finished my 21 day animal stack2. Out come… it was great for a pump, hardened me up, and made me vascular. Great for workouts. I didnt really notice any size. The scale says im up 1-2lbs, but i flux that much all the time. I bought another 21 day supply and will try it one more time. If i gain another 1-2lbs on top of what i maxed at then the product might be worth the $35 price tag from the local store. I think its $28 from bodybuilding.com

One thing that was really noticeable was the libido increase. I’m not trying to be funny, but after the second week… just driving over a speed bump would cause excitement.

So I was getting ready to make my morning shake (50/50 casein and whey) when I reached for my 2lbs tub of casein protein… it tipped off the shelf and fell to the floor. The lid was on tight, but the angle it hit the floor it just shot off. Casein went all over the floor leaving a mess and a small mushroom cloud. Needless to say I was not happy about this, especially since I needed to get to work. Since it was a new container and filled to the brim… much was lost. No use in crying over spilt milk (or in this case casein). Just try to avoid this situation!
