Tired ever since I started power training
Sunday, May 25th, 2008I started training with a partner again. We are doing a "get big" power training schedule. Its two different training styles that alternate each weak. One week is a heavy power lifting style workout. Ever since we have started this, my body has been tired and sore. On one hand I’m very excited I get sore for 2-3days after the training session. On the other hand, I dont like how tired I am. Feels like I have AIDS or something (maybe i should get checked j/k). I think I’m eating enough food as well as getting close to 8 hours of sleep on a regular basis. Anyone else experience this? Anything that can help the tired feeling?
