egg whites international
Monday, March 31st, 2008Ok so I’ve seen the ad for egg whites international for yearssss. I finally decided to try some. So i ordered 2, 1/2 gallon tubs of egg whites. Price wasnt to bad. I think it was $49.99? $10 of that was for shipping and another $9 for the pump (you only have to buy it once). Anyways, these egg whites are about as thick as fat free milk. Plus they almost have zero taste (there is a tiny after taste if drank by itself).
What I do it mix 8oz of egg whites with 1 scoop of protein powder. 8oz equals about 26g of egg protein! In closing, I will be ordering more. Its super convenient!
