Problem with bulking
As expected with the weight gain, I’m starting to lose my cuts. Its getting closer to the end of the year when traditionally people gain their weight in the winter. Only problem, there is no winter in Florida lol. Your expected to be cut year round here (at least when you live 10min from the beach). I know this needs to be done in order to take me to the next level. I guess mentally i just need to except my body fat will be higher for the next 4 months

Here are a couple of articles on bulking you may find useful:

They both say that you should not gain too much fat but mainly muscle. Hope this helps.

I hear ya… Of course I always tend to put on the weight in the areas I least want to! I usually throw a fat burner into my stack the last couple weeks of bulking and stay on it through the following cut just to get it into my system and start burning off any extra calories that I’m not actually using and get a little closer to an even consume:burn ratio.
