Bulking phase
Thursday, August 30th, 2007So my weight was 183lbs today. Up 7lbs since i started bulking! I plan on doing this until the beginning of January and then I will start cutting up for the Mr. West Palm Beach Show. Target weight is set at 195lbs. I’ve started eating cookie dough at bed time with my protein shake… seems to be helping. Also, I will be adding powder lifting movements into the mix. Hopefully this will add some much needed mass.
I was thinking of trying IDS Mass Tabs, as I’ve heard of great gains from it. Anyone got any experience with them?
