Mass time kiddies
For those of you who dont know… I’ve been battling an injury for over a year and lost a lot of mass. Well I’m starting to feel better! Getting stronger and stronger every day. I think its time to mass up! I’ve started the bulking diet and have just revamped my lifting program. Also, I will be getting serious with my supplementation (meaning I’ll actually take them all the time lol). In addition, im going to try universals animal stak2 (not expecting much). The only bad news is i will be losing my training parner Sara at the end of the month, so i gotta do this solo. Looking to get back to 190lbs lean and gain that inch back on my arms. Wish me luck!

Grant, glad to read that things are improving for you. A year is a long time.
From the bathroom mirror pics that you recently posted I have to say you’re looking pretty good in those as it is.
