Well i did it! i actually did a whole workout! i a stoked and back on it really! i did a glute/leg workout and it felt soooooo good! i am excited to get myself going again,without my trainer. I have had to realize that she was just motivation and everything else lye deep inside me! I have what it takes to do this alone, i just have to do it! I want to be held accountable for my actions. I wont let work, school and anything else stop my progress. Oh and i am not going to buy any bigger clothes after all that shopping had to do after losing 50 pounds oh no! it aint gonna happen! I ate mcdonalds and whatever else for the last 3 months and packed on a whopping 17 pounds so far and that is the end of that nightmare! i am ashamed of putting progress pic up but i know i will have to real soon just to give myself something to see differences in. now i gotta go study and get some rest. Hopefully i will be able to get up and at least do fasted cardio in the morning( it works best for me). somebody check in on me for a while so i can be accountable but until then i shall not lie to MYSELF!

i think i have got my motivation back up! I have looked at my bb.com friend and i am hyped again. Mike Davies diets back in affect( he is awesome! google him on the web! mikedaviesfitness). Getting my tail back on the grind of my morning workouts but i wont compete again until next year! building muscle so i can put em in a muscle coma next year lol! going back to my ballroom dancing classes tommorow, i miss it so much. School will start back up in 2 weeks so i am busy. not too busy to take care of this body though! gotta go to bed so i will get up! peace out!

Well i am starting my life in clean eating and working out over because i have royally messed up for about a month or maybe almost two! started today with a leg and butt workout. not just cardio but the dreaded morning cardio! YES! I DID IT! i never can so i am on a roll already. my legs look like they turned into something i am not sure what! I now know u I cant stop lifting and eating fast food ever again.The good thing is that i have not gained much weight through all that nasty eating( 3pounds ugh!). so i am going to try to report to my blog everyday to stay on track and post some new pics( i wont say progress pics!), but some pics of my dough (legs)! OK NO NEGETIVE SELF TALK! HEY BY THE WAY DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY GOOD FAT LOSS DIETS?

well I feel like i am on some sort of funky ride because i keep taking myself down these not so good eating lapses. to add to that no work out what am i doing? why cant i just stay on the right path? i will start my trainer again in December, she seems to make me want to stay on track probably because it cost huh! i havent gained weight but my body is very puffy and bloated. To me it dosnt even look like u can see my muscles in m legs and oh the tummy is just bloated and fat looking ughhhhhhhhhhhh!
I did however recommit today to my workout did legs and back, and some cardio too! I hope this is my final fall down! Oh and does anyone know how to unbloat the tummy?

Well,I have not done so well in the last couple of weeks because I have had this stupid cold that dosnt want to leave my body, so I tried just working out at night instead of the morning cuz im n Michigan and it is already grtting down to 34 or so degrees. I have to find the right time and I think for now it is after work. In my down time I have managed to eat at every fast food restuarant around here (not good at all!) especially since this has been for about a week now! I dont know what happened? but today is a new day and I aint right and I just finished my cardio session of my workout. Still have to do weights and I am going to do them!

It seems as though everyutime I get into a good routine or start a good one, here comes that darn dreaded cold and sore throat mess. There goes my work out at least in the morning that I have succeeded to do the last two days.Does this happen to anyone and what do you do? Do u stop and get better or do u just find a night work out? Well I have to be at the Job at 6:00 on the am so this one is short. Oh yeah cant work out in the morning like some of u for too long cuz I live in Michigan and it gets bitter cold, like in the morning now we are lucky to have 45 degrees. burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I am going to start doing this because i need mega motivation at this time in my life. I have not worked out in about mmmmmmmmmm, I think a week! I just realized this . I have got to stop letting my circumstances mess with my workout. my son is in college and it is costing, and not mention he just wrecked my brand new car and so i trying to catch up with the 1800.00 damage that i dont want to send to my insurance company on a 2 month old car! work is tiring and i am so ready to be done with school so that i may start a new career. Oh and did I mention that I started a new home party lingerie company earlier this year, that is really fun but it is done on saturdays at around 6:00pm and I start work doing hair on sat at 5:30 am. I would never say that there is not enough time in the day because everything that God made was and is perfect, it is how we manage the time. I want to go to bed earlier so I can get up and do a superGirl workout but it never happens! I am getting too comfortable with the weight that I have lost but that cant happen if I am to ever compete!Helpppppppppp! I am going down stairs when I finish this to workout if I have to fall asleep with weights in hand!
