THE ROAD TO THE NJ GARDEN STATE FIGURE SHOW
April 6, 2008Okay I finally know what show I will be doing this year. The first will be the Garden State on July 12, 2008 which is a qualifier. My contest prep start as of tomorrow, Monday 4/7/08. Im about 14 weeks out. Im so excited. This year 2008 is my year!!! i plan to come out on top and blow the judges’ mind. Im my own competitor, the SKY IS NOT THE LIMIT FOR ME!!!
I have a lot of hard work ahead and Im mentally and physically prepared for it!! I have an amazing team (Dwayne and Rob) who will be helping me along the way to eliminate a lot of guessing work from dieting to training. I am so blessed to work with them.
The last 4 days Ive been carbing up trying to get out ketosis before I start my dieting. So I put on quite a bit of weight which is okay. I will be posting every step of the way from before pics (not too good cause of all that carb loading lol), progress pics, nutrition, training, suits, mental state etc
