			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>lol yes you read it right I wanted advice from trainers or ppl who have achieved it. I lost a lot of weight and lost some hips and butt so im trying to get it back. My question is will doing heavy sets and low reps work or after time will it just be all straight muscle and hard.  Another is there an actual way to make ur hips bigger or is it all genetics. Oh and some extra info is my hips are 39 or 38in so if i can&#8217;t make them bigger is there anyway I can keep them from gettin smaller.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is just some stuff that bothers me and i know i can&#8217;t be the only one who feels like this. ok so this is me 5ft 7in and i am about 159 lbs and have 24 bmi and am about 27% bodyfat and I was bored at work today(im jus a intern so i have no real work to do) so i looked up body types and according to my size and stuff i am overweight and boarderline obese. I  MEAN C&#8217;MON NOW I AM NOW OBESE OR OVERWEIGHT IM HEALTHY.  I am also about a size 9 in juniors and everytime i see a commercial or magazine and it says things like i went from a size 10 to a size for it just urks my nerves because it makes me think wat is wrong with a 9 i mean look at my progress pics i dont see nething wrong i mean i want more tone but im definately done trying to jus plan lose weight. but neways i would love for other ppl to tell me how they feel about stuff like this and I would love to here from men, women, everybody of all sizes
