Wanting bigger hips and butt
lol yes you read it right I wanted advice from trainers or ppl who have achieved it. I lost a lot of weight and lost some hips and butt so im trying to get it back. My question is will doing heavy sets and low reps work or after time will it just be all straight muscle and hard. Another is there an actual way to make ur hips bigger or is it all genetics. Oh and some extra info is my hips are 39 or 38in so if i can’t make them bigger is there anyway I can keep them from gettin smaller.

Well, for bigger legs and butt, there is no better exercise than squats. You will need some weight on the bar if you want some size, but i would recommend at least 6-10 reps per set.

My butt got nice and round when I started doing squats/deadlifts heavy and at least twice a week. It only took a couple months to see results… results I’m not too fond of but my boyfriend LOVES - he’s a booty-man!

I second the HEAVY squats and deadlifts.
Also, while there is no muscle over the hipbone itself, just under it, there is a group of muscles commonly called the "Hip Abductors". If you want to thicken that area a little, you can do hip abduction exercises.
