Hit a Plateu(however you spell it) plz help
ok so I have been working out for a year and have successfully kept of 28lbs for a year but now i am trying to lose weight again and am stuck at 158/157. Any advice would be greatly appeciated and oh yeah i do weight train already and I just started doing hiit interval trainin 2 days ago so maybe i shoud wait but still all advice appreciated

how much cardio do you do? that is the first place to try and make a change that will keep you losing weight, the next place is your diet…maybe need to look at that and figure out your rmr and if you need to add or subtract from the amount of calories you eat…I got stuck on a plateau at 157/158 back in January too..my solution was to do cardio 2x a day instead of 1..then that stopped working and I had to look at my diet…I was eating too many calories and had to cut back..

I would definitely check your diet. When you’re stuck, the answer is usually a change in diet. You dont want to over train by adding too much cardio and burn muscle

Do 10 minutes of cardio befre and after your workout.

Before you eat breakfest do cardio are some ab exercise to burn body fat.
