Cutting Meal Plan
May 2, 2007Alright, I still have this in the works, because it is kinda hard for me to stick to it being at school and having classes and work, but with alittle tweaking I will have something final. I just wanted to put something up for critiquing.
Meal 1: 3 hard-boiled egg whites, 1 serving of Low-Fat cottege cheese (8:00am)
Meal 2: 2 scoops of Whey Protein in 1% milk (10:00am/post-workout)
Meal 3: Bare salad topped w/ green peppers and 1 can of tuna (12:30pm)
Meal 4: Protein bar of choice, usually 20g+ protein and >3g net carbs (3:00pm)
Meal 5: 10 oz. of either ham, turkey, or roast beef and salad (5:00pm)
Meal 6: Single serving of Low-Fat cottege cheese and 1 scoop Whey protein (8:00pm)
Totals: 1403 calories / 260g protein / 34g carbs (http://www.nutritiondata.com/)
All of this is subject to change based on how I feel through out the day. I plan on limiting the carbs that I do get to come strictly from fruits and veggies. I also left out bananas when I can get my hands on them for the potassium to kick the soreness.
Finalized work-out routine soon to come, when I figure out what I really want to do… I have about 5 different weekly work-outs that I have used, so I will figure out what will be the most enjoyable.
