TO BE OR NOT TO BE .. Real love or just power.
I have been doing a lot of reading in this bodybuilding industry .. being for one I love it so. And two I want to understand the in’s and out’s of it as to the best of my ability. Of course to educate myself and help those that come to me for questions.
I feel a bit disappointed though. In reading some articles I have found that there is much bitterness and vengeance amongst us.
The War. One that has caused this world to have many wars and our own to kill each-other.
Funny .. animals kill for food amongst themselves.. WE kill and hurt for Power and lack of self assurance and sadly for people that have poisoned us as children which gave us poor morals.
Well I do not believe I KNOW. I KNOW .. I ABSOLUTELY KNOW .. that the one reason and the only reason we do this is for LOVE!
People, we, I need to be loved .. money .. fame .. popularity .. sh—t .. does not matter…. we think it does .. down inside - if you really search deep within your heart you know that it is not what matters… IT IS LOVE .. to love and be loved.
Unfortunately there is this war between us that goes on … we search for love in the wrong places. And when we have love staring us right in the face … we do not want it.. because as humans we believe that if it is that simple to get than it is not worthy enough for us to attain. Or we think we have it and the rose colored glasses go on .. and it is just for that simple reason of the need to be loved .. so we "lie" to ourselves and believe that this is "true love" and we will not go on without it. Instead of stepping back and looking at the situation …. we cause more pain for ourselves and others .. for absolutely nothing at all!!!
I believe that bodybuilders are more sensitive than the norm or society. The specific reason - and obvious is because we are so hard on ourselves and expect perfection. This is because of the need to be loved. So frequently overlooked as that - love. some might initially disagree.. before you do.. think of what I have said… asses your situation and then make a comment. If you may. The bottom line is We need to take the Rose colored glasses off…. take them off.. gosh I know it is easier said than done.. and I am not perfect myself .. for I have found myself in similar situations.. however at this point in my life I DO take a step back (of course after the ambush of myself.. he he - though not funny in the end) and gather the facts. Though it is never easy to let go .. or allow someone in your life… it is better to pursue true love .. than something that does not exist .. a fantasy that is made up in your mind .. this person you thought was your dream… maybe they were .. however .. take a step back .. stop trying to make everything perfect .. the best relationships that will always succeed is those that will accept you for who you are..# 1 and # 2 will love you unconditionally .. and most of all # 3 will go out of their way to make a life with you! That is the simple 3.
Goodness I surely need to go to sleep .. getting a bit philosophical .. hope you do not mind .. just hope I might be able to help one person by one thing I might say… and better yet .. maybe even more.
