Ok have I not recently said how much I do love this site… I have just navigated over some other bbing sites …. and my goodness I can’t believe what I read sometimes.  
I love the fact that there is none of the crazy baloney here that goes on elsewhere.  I hope everyone knows how great this site really is!!!  I sure do.
Well I am competing in Team Universe this weekend which is why I still have not been around… kinda crashed and burned in Cleveland … I was telling my friend that I had no idea what I was thinking … I know that my body reacts quickly when I lift heavy weights … I get that "pump"  .. or at least show my muscle a bit… I did not lift one weight .. do one pushup .. nada!!!  nothing… what was I thinking .. all I can say is I wasn’t!… and I can’t even laugh about it right now cause I am too angry with myself.  Also I am not going to make that mistake at TU.   Gots to go…just wanted to say hi .. send you guys smiles .. and hopefully did not disappoint you all as  I did myself…there are brighter days ahead and i will keep fighting and working hard till I accomplish my dreams .. as should we all!!!
