I want to apologize to you all for my absence .. and please know that there is not one day that goes by when I do not think
of you guys and wanting - needing so much to get back to my normal regime… speak to you ALL and help you with whatever it is that I can do to help  you all live a healthier happier life!  Or to just be there as your friend!
I have some personal issues that are needed to be taken care of .. and as I so much .. so very much want to get back to … well get back to improving my life as well as helping others improve theirs.. I must settle these issues first.
So please know that you guys are always in my thoughts and as G-D always has a plan for all of us .. I do know that I will be back to NEW and improved self quite soon .. thank you all for your amazing words and kind thoughts… there is not enough smiles and love I can send through this email to express to you ALL how happy it makes me to know that you are there!
