PH LEVELS - HIGH OR LOW

Hi guys.  I hope you are all smiling :) as I.
I wanted to share something with you all.
At the Jr. Nationals I had a major issue with my tanning.  My skin turned green after airbrushing.
My PH levels were abnormal. That was the conclusion.
I have done much investigating and research regarding PH levels since then.
I eventually came across this site.  Found it fascinating and quite useful.
I highly believe that I do have an issue with my Ph levels due to the symptoms they describe.  It makes much sense.
Well I have purchased one of their packages and hopefully will get it before Pittsburgh.
Anyway I wanted to share it with you incase any of you might have had similar problems..  also it is a great site for a healthier life.

Have a beautiful day with many smiles :)
D :)

Great post!! Many don’t realize that a common side effect of our high protein diets is our bodies become overly acidic! When I went to one of Valerie Waugamans champ camps she recommended this product - EMERALD BALACE from bbying.com and I now use it religiously and my PH is balanced - http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sgn/em.html

    Thanks for sharing!

thanks for the post.. I didn’t know a high protein diet causes your body to become acidic. I have exteremely dry skin, so that explains why i break out in a rash when I follow my diet.
