So … I am leaving Monday for the Arnold show!!!  I can not express to you guys how excited I am.  I am leaving early so that I can relax and well relax .. he he .. seriously rest up for the show.
I have learned so much especially from the wonderful experience I had at the Iron Man .. I am still tingling from that weekend :)and smiling :) …so as I think I have said before … as I compete in this show …I will be utilizing everything I have learned  - and hopefully I will make myself proud!!!  And you guys too!!   I truly believe its about following our instincts… usually that little voice deep down inside of us is always right … so as I follow my dreams… and continue this amazing journey, as the future holds my destiny, .. I am planning on it to be quite terrific!!!

As you all know I am preparing for the Arnold now.  I am leaving on Monday so I can get a bit of solace prior to the show and make sure I am ready for what lies ahead! I am very pleased with how I placed at the Iron Man - though feel that I could have done better!  I am determined to follow my heart and instincts to hopefully make myself do better - and do so!!  As I have said before all I can do is hope that the angels above help guide me through following my dreams as all of us should and I know we can..just believe in ourselves - be proactive with achieving our goals and I know we can accomplish anything we set our minds to!!

I had the most amazing experience at the Iron Man .. and truthfully I am proud to have come home with a trophy , though the best part was meeting and befriending so many people there.  Everyone was so nice and amazing .. as I feel so very lucky to have had this opportunity to meet such incredible people!!
I also feel honored and moved by all of your wishes and comments to me… for it motivates me so!  I learn so much from you all and I thank you for that.
As I have said I so believe that we all have the power to achieve our goals!  Though sometimes .. well a lot of times it sure does help to have support of others!!  ( Like Dorothy in the Wizard of OZ )  we need each other to live and be happy .. I so believe and know to be true .. and know that those that do succeed who do not have people in their lives are not happy … and I know I want to be happy as well as all those around me.  I want to help others share my joy and hopefully through that help you all achieve your goals as I am doing now!!  I know now that it is this beautiful journey of what we call "life" will bring us to peace and love .. to achieve this we need each others support, truth, and love, and many smiles!

HI GUYS … JUST A QUICK NOTE .. I HAD AN AMAZING TIME THIS WEEKEND .. MET SO MANY INCREDIBLE PEOPLE .. WHO I AM SO GLAD TO KNOW THAT I HAVE BEFRIENDED!!!  
IT WAS QUITE AMAZING THIS EXPERIENCE… WHICH I WILL GO INTO MORE DETAIL WHEN I GET HOME ON TUESDAY.  
THOUGH THE BEST PART WAS MEETING PEOPLE WITH THE BIGGEST HEARTS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!  
THE JOY IN MY HEART WAS SO FULL … AS I HOPE THAT I WAS ABLE TO SHARE THAT WITH OTHERS WHO WERE AROUND ME AND THAT I MET!
