Thursday, June 21st, 2007In my opinion I believe and know to be true that smiling and laughter is the way to a
Healthier life. As a Personal Trainer I consistently tell my clients even when they do not feel happy or positive if they put a smile on their face – regardless of how they feel – it will make the work out so much more efficient! Basically positive thoughts bring positive messages to our body! No I am not a Doctor, however certified in Medical exercise, but truth be I experience everything before I would ever make my clients do something! And it works! So my word for today and everyday is SMILE! Try it – it works!
