? for Nurses who work 12 hour shifts….
How do you get all your meals in on a busy floor? I find it nearly impossible but yet some of you are in fantastic shape and seem to do it. Any tips to help me out on getting all those meals in while at work would be great!! The other day I ran my booty off and barely had time to for a quick bite for lunch in fact i ate standing up and was off again…I ran so much my glutes hurt that night…lol!!! So please tell me HOW U DO IT!! lol

Hey, Im not sure about your schedule, but i pack my food in the morning, when i know i wont be home.. This really helps me keep from cheating. I have been going strong on my eating for 3 weeks, and have lost 8 lbs, i am really leaning up.. You can do it,, it just might be harder to stay on tract, but its possible… good luck
