I suffered some type of injury….
to my right rib cage….I was doing leg presses on wednesday feet high and on my last set i heard something pop!! NOT good…it is one of my ribs, not real sure what I did to it, but it hurts big time!! I managed to get through the rest of my workout, but by night time…PAIN!! It hurts to walk, to rollover in bed…what to do what to do!! So did not need this right now when i am kicking A** at the gym!!! I guess i keep moving forward and hope its nothing serious!!

Go see a doc right now and take care of it. Don’t ignore it hoping it will just go away like some of us men do

Pops are not good! I should practice what I preach here but yes, go see a doc right away. You could easily make the injury worse. Most physical therapists will tell you that the sooner they can start working with an injury after the occurance the better and faster the recovery will be.

This isn’t entirely uncommon and is almost always a strain in the rib musculature. This injury hurts a lot because it supports some of your respiratory function and you just got to breath. The good thing is you it generally heals fairly fast. So you should be feeling better by now for sure!
