I suffered some type of injury….
Thursday, August 20th, 2009to my right rib cage….I was doing leg presses on wednesday feet high and on my last set i heard something pop!! NOT good…it is one of my ribs, not real sure what I did to it, but it hurts big time!! I managed to get through the rest of my workout, but by night time…PAIN!! It hurts to walk, to rollover in bed…what to do what to do!! So did not need this right now when i am kicking A** at the gym!!! I guess i keep moving forward and hope its nothing serious!!
