Bench Scissors~25 reps
One legged squats 1×15
10 Minute HIIT
REPEAT LEGS
10 minute HIIT
REPEAT LEGS
10 minute HIIT
Leg Press 2 X 20 ~ 250lbs
Adductor machine 3 X 18 40lbs
Calves~seated/standing 2 X 20 each way
Omg….my legs were like jello after all that…didnt know if i would make it through one more HIIT, but i did and the quads are burning…..hips are aching….WOOHOO ITS ALL GOOD!! Gonna keep rockin it!! Just you wait and see!!!
