Project Hot Body Group….

is up and running for all you females that wanted to take part in the 12 week challenge.  Go to bodygroups and type in "PROJECT HOT BODY"…lets do this ladies!! Last day to  join the group is june 21st, 12 week challenge starts June 22nd!

Weighted Hip Thrusts~25 reps

One legged squats 1×15

Leg Press 2 X 20 ~ 250lbs

Adductor machine 3 X 18 40lbs

Calves~seated/standing 2 X 20 each way

Omg….my legs were like jello after all that…didnt know if i would make it through one more HIIT, but i did and the quads are burning…..hips are aching….WOOHOO ITS ALL GOOD!!  Gonna keep rockin it!! Just you wait and see!!!

Hanging leg raise knees bent for 12 reps

Weighted crunches on stability ball- 25 reps

Bicycles 16 reps

Omg…i was whipped by the time i was done…but its all good…GOT THE WORK DONE…DO WORK CREW!!
