The Beginning!!
Okay for three days now I have been working on my eating, and it is going pretty good. I am finding it hard to get 5-6 meals in a day but I am working on it, and the new challenge will be working it into my midnight work schedule (which starts next week), but I will do it!! I also went to the 24 hour fitness gym today, and had my BF%, measurements and weight done….UGH…wow i have a lot of work ahead of me, but again I will get it done!! I think i finally have my mind in the right place, and although it has taken me awhile to get there, I know this time it will happen!! Now I just need to find the right workout to get my HR up and stabilize my core. I need a full blown kick my in the A** workout. If anybody has any input I would love to hear it!! Hope everyone has a wonderful 4th of July!!

Girl, I know we can both do it if we just put our mind to it! I think you are doing great and keep up the good work. Don’t know if you are into classes but if you are check out your new gym to see what classes they have to get your HR pumping. Other than that I walk/run on the treadmill plus I like riding the virtual reality bike at my gym. Good luck and HAPPY 4th to you!
