I havent posted in awhile, been kinda busy lately. Right now I am fighting off a cold, but working 5 midnights this week is taking its toll on me….53 hours in 5 days….ugh!! So needless to say i am way behind on my workouts and have been eating badly…So here i am starting over again…..but i guess i have to start somewhere….I have 6 days off next week, so hopefully i can get into the swing of things. I am going to try to go to the gym after work and see how that goes, sometimes its hard to find the energy after working a 12 hour midnight shift….but that is what i am going to have to do in order to get my workouts in. Any suggestions to get this body moving would be appreciated!! All of you on here really do give me inspiration and motivation, now i just need to give it to myself.
