ENERGY HELP!!!
Wednesday, November 28th, 2007I need to find some energy from somewhere. I am now working midnights, which i dont mind but when I get up at 1 or 2p I find it hard to find the energy to get to the gym. When it comes to supplements I have a high tolererance, so what might make some jittery doesnt really do a whole lot to me. any suggestions to give a little more pep? Also for some reason over the last few weeks my calves always ache, and if i keep my toes bent a little to much the start to go numb….(yes i am a nurse) but i have no clue why they are both doing that….doesnt make sense!! HELP ME PLEASE…LOL!!
