Need Help!!
Tuesday, October 30th, 2007Okay I finally got a new job, but its working midnights again, which means i have to readjust things and how I do them. Any ideas on how to get my eating right working midnights, that will be the hardest thing since everything is flipped around. I am way behind on my workouts, but will be back at it today. Its a little hard sometimes to get home at 730a go to sleep get up at 130p and then try to wake up enought to go to the gym. I know its something i have to do and now somehow somewhere i have to find the energy to make it there. ANY IDEAS ANYONE ON THE EATING RIGHT ON MIDNIGHTS THING AND FINDING THE ENERGY???????
