DO u ever have those days where u get on the scale and think…i cant believe i weigh that much. There are some days that i dont feel like i weigh that much (i carry it pretty well) and then there are those days that you feel as big as a house……Tonight is one of those nights….i was feeling pretty good about myself, some people did notice that i have lost some weight, but its a long journey that is not over yet. I will continue to work hard and accomplish what i am set out to be….HOTT AND SEXY!! WOOHOO!!! ONWARD I GO!!

Today was legs, shoulders, abs and cardio! I worked myself hard today, but it felt great!! I know that to be totally fit I need to take it one day at a time (thanks Tink!!). Nothing comes easy but with a little determination and will power i know i can achieve anything!! Still working on my eating habits, I do alright on the days I am not working, but on those days I am I never seem to give myseld enough time to pack a lunch….Something i need to work on. Thanks for all the encouragement!!

Okay…today was cardio, back and bi’s….pretty good workout (except my left side is way weaker and sometimes i struggle with my curls). So I am feeling pretty good today!! When i got home from the gym my VS package had arrived….my new swimsuit..woohoo!! My new inspiration to start kicking a** in my workouts and sticking to clean eating (still having trouble getting all 5 meals in). So i am a happy camper now!!

Yesterdays workout kick a**!! I can tell certain parts of me are down on size, the scale really hasnt moved since the last weigh in, but my shirts are hanging on me and not sticken to my hips….woohoo!! Still have lots to do, but its a work in progress. Today will be chest and tri’s then cardio of course. Tomorrow morning i am going to try and go to spinning in the morning….no i am going to go!! that sounds better!! Kudos to me!!

Today will be legs and shoulders…been feeling pretty good about my workouts…..still need to increase cardio more….been doing about 30 minutes each day with some abs. The healthy eating is going good, but not as good as it should be, but i am working on it!! I will be doing Leg press, walking lunges, leg extensions, lateral side raises, military press, front raises…we will see how it goes!!

I didnt realize that i have posted in a few days…sorry!! Things are going pretty good, still having a hard time getting 5 meals in. I think it will take some time to get used too eating that way. But my workouts are going great…trying to increase cardio everyday (which i hate doing…lol) so that is going, but i need to increase it more.

Hello everyone…its friday….I will be heading to the gym shortly need to make up for wednesday and thursday. My sinuses have been killing me the last few days, making my equillibrium way off, no bending over for me…i get really dizzy. Anyways few struggles this week…did pretty good on eating, but then missed the workouts. The workout on tuesday though made me have a burn in my abs and quads for a few days…woohoo!!! Then last night my daughter got in a car accident with her g/f…thank god she is fine….just bumped her knee!! I need to full effort back into todays workout since tomorrow i am working a double….ugh!!! Hope everyone is having a great day!!

Okay so i am a few days behind on working out…..and little bad on eating on a couple of the weekend days…..so here we are again today to start a new day. The one thing that throws me off is that the gym hours where i live are not helpful to us that work weekends. The gym closes at 1p and then sunday and monday it was closed completely. It hinders my workout when i cant go. And since me and humidity dont get along walking outside is a no go!! I am going to try to lower my calories this week and see what happens. Any suggestions are welcomed!! Have a great week everyone!!
