I survived my first day….
Well, I survived my first day on the diet AND with the new cardio plan… I did my first hour of cardio at about 4:45 this morning and the second hour was after a GREAT shoulder workout!!! I FEEL GREAT SO FAR!!!
I did. kind of, mess up today… I made my beef for lunch… measured it out and cooked it up… Reread that.. measured THEN cooked.. NOT GOOD… Somewhere down the line, I lost 4 oz of beef!!!! I am new at this (well, kinda,… I’ve been doing it wrong the whole time…lol) Anway, other than that and not knowing how to cook Tilapia…lol (noticing a theme here???) I am not a cook, chef, or even a good microwaver…lol
Well, I am sore, tired, and ready to hit the sack… One day under my belt and 115 more to go!!!
