low carbs
had a bit of a shocking day today. not had time to eat really and when training i realy felt the effects from lack of carbs and energy in general. i had no strength and could not focus. when training a lient l8er i could feel myself gettind tired and sweating, and generally feeling like i had done a marathon. Just goes to show how much of an effect food can have on your training even if it just 1 day.
Training 2012 part 2
Training today was not as energetic as it should have been. Was back today and bacause of a bad morning i was no motivated at all. Some days just cant be as energetic as we want. A bad day as any i wont let it deter me and training goes on.
training 2012
First training session was this monday just gone, 9th-Jan-2012. This session was a great session chest and biceps, my weights was not as high as usual and as i was lifting i noticed i had lost a lot of muscle. I had my earphones in with my best training music on. Zoned out and hit it.
Flat Bench Press - 1 set of 20 @ 40kg
3 sets of 10 @ 60kg
Incline Bumbell Press - 1 set of 20 @ Moderate weight
3 sets of 10 @ Heavy Weight
Incline Dunbell Fly - 3 Sets of 10 @ Moderate Weight
Cable crossover Fly - 3 sets of 10
Upwards cable crossover Fly - 3 sets of 10
Dumbell bicep curl - 4 sets of 20 , alternating,
Dumbell Hammer curl - 4 sets of 20, alternating,
EZ Bar curl - close grip- 4 sets of 10. 20kg
uppon finishing this workout I couldnt help but feel i didnot work my chest emough ther just wasnt as much pump as usual. but now i have a delayed case of D.O.M.S, and boy is it a cracker i feel like i got 2 concrete blocks for pecs lol. Legs yesterday. just basic 3 sets of 10 on squats, and extentions, nothing fancy lol but enough to hit the spot.
New supplement
Started supplementing my protein with matrix whey protein. can anyone give me a review on this product as bb.com not said much about it
New Begining
Wel i been out of the game for a while now. concentrating on my buisness and other things. wel starting tomorrow i will be stepping up the game and train hard and eating right. over the last year i have not been training like i should and have lost a lot of weight. which is not good concidering i was making some real good gains. so im back too it with vengance.
stats amazing
did a fitness assesment today. body back down to 3% bodyfat. and down to 9st 8lb or 138lb. not as bad as it sounds tho. my muscle mass is on the up all my weight loss is fat. 7lb to be edzact. just let my eye off the ball for one week and this happens im supposed to be bulking suppose i will soon get it back tho. one thing i cant help but wonder tho is why is it the more protein you take in the worse it smells wen you breack wind. Carb intake is at a all time high too. has anyone got any fast prep and effective food ideas for bulking

Lost muscle
did my health assesment today for the first time in about 3 month. i have lost muscle it seems in my legs and forearms. Its a bit of a pain as im trying my best to gain overall weight. seems not hard enough. time for new programme i think. any suggestions.
3% bodyfat
did a stats check today and found im runnin at
3.8% bodyfat , 128lb ,
now that in know my stats its time to bulk up AÂ LOT, it going to be an interesting few months and take a lot of work and food but its a great learning curve, Â
new training
after yrs of training solo i now have a training partner. its great havin someone there to push me and make sure i dont under or over do it. gains are good and sessions are tough. just the way it should be
chest split
great workout today. chest. starting with an isolation excercise then on to the compound excercises,
total 45min, rest coffee 1/2 hour , back to it free weight excercises bumbells supersetted with bumbell flys. intence and tough but it gets results total workout time 2hrs.

boxing
yesterday was my first day back at boxing gym for years. it been so long no one recognises me lol.
got their and straight back to it 5 laps around block which was mainly up hill then it was 45 min on the bag gettin my technique right and footwork right again. i forgot how much fun it was but it was so tough 3 minute rounds is a long time. but it willl be worth it. im still bodybuilbing as this not only helps to look good but gives me that extra power which i need especiall as im no as fast as i was as a kid. good times
uneaven pecs
ive been gaining a lot of muscle just latley and have noticed that my lower pecr are different. the one side cuts under nicely and look real good. but the other just bleands into my body with no cut underneith. plz help
