Posted the updates to my bulking log here:
Â I pretty much just documented the size gains I have made across my bulking season, and will try to get specific strength increases up tomorrow.
I managed to tack 20lbs onto my deadlifts today for 5 reps, so I was pretty happy with my back workout today.
Well today I will be working shoulders.Â I am a bit sore though from the previous two days.Â I hit 325 on deadlifts yesterday, so I was proud of that.Â But with that, and the upper back workout the day before, I am hoping I can even lift my normal weights today when working my delts.Â But oh well, I guess we will see....
Also, I have 2 bottles of Bioforge that should be ariving today, so I hope to see more improvements in the weeks to come.
