well for the next 2 months im going to do nothing but maintain. its time to relax and live a little. i just ended a bulk where i was a max of 230lbs, and was lifting some pretty heavy weights (for me anyways). ended with lifting 110lbs dumbells for seated military press for about 6 reps, 3 serts, 370lb decline bench, and legpressing 24 plates for sets of 12 reps.
so as of right now, i have been keeping it heavy but low sets and only about 30 min workouts. mid october is when i plan on hitting it hard again, but this time i hireing some help. i have talked to Dave Palumbo, the monster about training me. he said he can add some quality muscle onto this little fram no prob. so i cant wait!!!! so until then, i will continue to keep on maintaining what i have right now, and living life to the fullest!
now as far as training goes, i switch between MAX OT, made famous by Jeff Willet and the fellas over at AST, (cant forget Skip), and West Side Barbell, which is more power lifting. this helps me to do new movements every 12 weeks or so. have to switch it up.
calories while bulking were just at about 5000. o the chicken, tuna and beef!! eating this amount of cals can def be hard, but if u have that determination, nothing will stop u from reaching your goals. so keep that in mind next time u are sitting in front of 13 oz of plane tuna, and 1 cup or plane whole old fashion oats. get it down so u can lift that "LIGHT WEIGHT"
I will be updateing this with current stats of me, my weight and strength as time goes on. but right now its time to spend some time and hard earned money on the soon to be 500whp car. meth/water injection, here i come!!!
