soon i will have some updated pics and rotuines. right now im still doing some PL-ing and sitting kinda heavy but stronger then shit. i cant wait to hit some volume again and get the hypertrophy again.

well its 6 years ago today, right about now actually when it all started. i remember exactly where i was and what i was doing. i was in gym class in my senior year of high school. i remember class was over and i was talking with my teachers when we turned on the TV and saw the distruction unfold. it was all so sureal for me and everyone else. first thoughts were, wow, how could a plane hit the tower? then when the second plane hit, it was like a shock and everyone started to speculate what was going on. i went to my next class, and all we did was watch the news. it was horrible. people around me were crying and didnt know what to do with themselves. all while we all knew what was about to happen.
so 6 years later, we are still in it, and still being threatened. i really do not want this post to turn into a political thing, but i do want this…..
lets all remember the 2700+ who have died in 9-11. lets all say a prayer to those friends and familys who are still reliving this day in and day out. i hope we live and learn from this expierence and can move on from it in the near future. i hope we can all have a good day, and realize that we will prevail!!!!!!!!

when u eat as clean as i do during the week, the weekends are tough. i had about 6 or 7 cookies yesterday and boy did they come back to bite me in the ass, literally. haha.
me and sweet and fried food do not mis well.
i hired a trainer as well. so come the first of october its on.

well there is a Pro on here, a great guy who i think may have taken me under his wing for a little bit. right now he will be working with me with diets and training for the future months to come. i want to say thank you, you know who you are.
so we will see what comes of this, maybe i will actually gain some muscle. haha.

haha yes i know, they look funny, but i hate low socks. not only do they hurt they back of my ankles from the shoes rubbing on them, but they always fall over my heels. hate that.
weekend was filled with a lot of bad eating and sleeping. didnt train monday so im kinda feeling blah right now. this week, hitting it hard, getting back into it but still taking the needed "time off" . feels good but at the same time i feel like shit. its a double edge sword. but its all good, the body neends to rest.

well for the next 2 months im going to do nothing but maintain. its time to relax and live a little. i just ended a bulk where i was a max of 230lbs, and was lifting some pretty heavy weights (for me anyways). ended with lifting 110lbs dumbells for seated military press for about 6 reps, 3 serts, 370lb decline bench, and legpressing 24 plates for sets of 12 reps.
so as of right now, i have been keeping it heavy but low sets and only about 30 min workouts. mid october is when i plan on hitting it hard again, but this time i hireing some help. i have talked to Dave Palumbo, the monster about training me. he said he can add some quality muscle onto this little fram no prob. so i cant wait!!!! so until then, i will continue to keep on maintaining what i have right now, and living life to the fullest!
now as far as training goes, i switch between MAX OT, made famous by Jeff Willet and the fellas over at AST, (cant forget Skip), and West Side Barbell, which is more power lifting. this helps me to do new movements every 12 weeks or so. have to switch it up.
calories while bulking were just at about 5000. o the chicken, tuna and beef!! eating this amount of cals can def be hard, but if u have that determination, nothing will stop u from reaching your goals. so keep that in mind next time u are sitting in front of 13 oz of plane tuna, and 1 cup or plane whole old fashion oats. get it down so u can lift that "LIGHT WEIGHT"
I will be updateing this with current stats of me, my weight and strength as time goes on. but right now its time to spend some time and hard earned money on the soon to be 500whp car. meth/water injection, here i come!!!
