So…. I am running in a "fun run" in 2 weeks. Uuurgghh hope I can do it cause my foot is messed up. I took this weekend off from training. Tomorrow is Monday back to running!!! Im feeling great!!

So, Im back in the swing of things summer is coming to an end. I did gain 2 pounds on my cruise but it came right off in a week. I gotta get on the clean eating band wagon. I am boxing now once a week w/ a trainer. I luv it!!!! I am going to attempt to run in central park tomorrow!! May be I will pick up a hot jogger along the way. LMAO

Damn,
I had an amazing workout this morning, Had my protein Shake, Had a clean breakfast. BUT for some reason I WANT CAKE Cheesecake or Chocolate cake. DAMN IT!!!!. I Vent about it so I don’t eat it. Im DONE.

I feel amazing!!! Im seeing changes. I know I have a long way to go but I am dedicated to stick w/it. I haven’t given up my coffee or fruits just less of it. I only eat pineapples right now. W/ Coffee Im down to two cups a day. I am so excited w/the progress Im making I posted pics earlier than I usually do. The mornings I don’t want to train, I just close my eyes picture the perfect toned body want and… I get my ass out of bed!! Simple. Plus this website, has helped me tremendously..

HAHAH. I sound like a junkie. Yeah I gotta get clean from the toxic food. Its sooooo…. Hard but, I gotta do it. I want to see results. I am def stronger. Body is changing slowly but. If I can quit the sugar and Alcohol I can get there. Starting RIGHT NOW. I also need to write everything down.

I haven’t gain or lost any weight. Going on week 2 that i haven’t been able to lift this week I was told by the doctor that I cant do cardio until Saturday. My damn foot.. But, guess its for the best that I don’t F-Up my foot more. This stinks I can’t even do cardio. What am I going to do w/ myself.

So my hamstrings are killing me. Well the left one is. I pushed through though. Did my Boot Camp class today. Which is total body workout. I also lifted after work. I am doing the 12-week program from BB.com. But i am super excited to see where my body can go.
Only downer is I wish I had a gym buddy. I am pretty much a loner in the gym. BOO!!!! Only plus to it is I get in and out quicker. I going to bed in a sec early start in the morning.

So I am finally back on the wagon. Fell off for a year and gained 30plds. But… the good thing is it’s never too late to loose weight. Also my motivation is the two weddings I am in. One in August 2009 and the other February 2010 YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!! Since I don’t work at DBGYM anymore I decided to join the Y a block away from my house. I am really excited. The gym is a block away form home so… I have NO EXCUSES. I went Monday night, Tuesday night, this morning and will also double up of some days.
This morning boot camp class was alright. I haven’t been in a class since DBGYM and it showed. What saved me was the sprints. I found out that I really like sprints this morning. KUDOS to that.
