Monday, May 12th, 2008Well i guess this is the first blog ive done that pertains to my fitness so i will keep it short. I have lifted off and on for years but never really dedicated myself to it. However a few months ago i made a commitement for a whole year at my local gym. So im stuck paying for a whole year at a time so i am totally decicated now to getting in as good a shape as i can. Ive been at it a few months now and really can tell my muscles are growing and getting harder. in a couple more months i will take some current pics and post them so you can see what progress i have made so far. Well thats it for now until next time.
