My trainer gave me a new workout tonight. Very low weight, high reps, total body supersets. He wants to do a little cutting and get rid of some bodyfat. I’m not too sure about it but I’ll give it a week and see what happens. It’s hard for me to gain mass so I want to keep lifting heavy. I think it’s the mistake we keep making, I feel I need to lift heavy right up to the competitons, I tend to loose too much muscle towards the end of pre-comp training.
