These past two years have been very productive.
I have reduced my waist by 1 1/2 inch, shoulders have increased by 1 1/2 inches, chest has increased by 1 inch, neck, quads, forearms and upper arms by 3/4 inches, and calves have increased by 1/4 inch.

At 62 years of age I am interested in maintaining the highest level of fitness possible. I attend an aerobics class five days per week and train with weights three or four days per week. I am always striving to better my last workout, increase muscle size and lower body fat levels. I compete only with myself and am my harshest critic.
