If your a hard gainer read this ****

**** caffeine unless you have it down to how much you can take watch out. I feel like it takes water out of my muscles, drops my appetite and keeps anxiety hight meaning cortisol levels are high. You might workout out like a maniac but i guarantee you wont eat as much, be relaxed or grow the same, it keeps you too wound up to relax and rest and not eat enough to grow. I loose weight fast on caffeine thats why i don’t use pre workout supplements any more. There are plenty or herbs or amino acids for energy, l tyrosine, even arginine, creatine, natural sterols, enoxide all will give you good clear energy not that crack head not eating dehydrated ****

At the moment I try to lose some weight - would you suggest to drink coffee?

I sometimes have a strong coffee when I have to workout in the morning as a pick me up. Are you saying you should remove caffeine from your diet completely, or is it ok to use occassionally? I read this article http://www.gainingweight.info/caffeine-is-it-good-for-working-out/ which also suggested you should minimize caffeine intake if you want to gain muscle.

once in a while i use stimulant too, just make sure it doesn’t affect your appetite and give you anxiety, be aware of your body and also muscle fullness.

ok cool thanks for replying… yeah excessive caffeine can definitely make you feel anxious.
