feeling great
January 8, 2009so i decided to hit the gym again about two weeks ago and i dont regret it. i started taking some sup’s (BSN Syntha-6 and BSN N.O. Explode). i just quit smoking and im feeling awesome. im looking forward to the results i will see after 6 months. im already feeling stronger…today i was working my traps and on my fourth and final set of shrugs i managed to do 10 reps at 222lbs. not bad for only being 155lbs at the moment. if ne one has some advise on getting definition all around (mainly in the abs area) that would be greatly appreciated. i hope to get some pics up so i can have some progress photos. thanx.
