On Your Side of the Bed
(I wrote this while waiting for my wife to come back from a business trip, inspired in part by a glass of vodka and some neo-classic soul playing in the bedroom)
I lay here on your side of the bed
With thoughts of your smooth fair
Skin held against mine
Tight, like the rind against a
Ripe Mango as you call me your Mandingo.
I kiss and lick your neck and
You squirm and beckon that I
Don’t stop while you writhe
Insanely from the lashes of my tongue.
I was young when we began, but
Studied hard and ardently pursued to know what kisses and
Positions wooed your senses to my favor.
And in the process of my labors I
Observed your labors and found
How you assessed the right way to caress me,
Then mount me and man the helm
As you steer me to a realm of ecstasy
Priveleged only to me and you.
So I wait here eagerly and patiently.
I’ll wait and see if my dreams of your lips pressed against mine
And our hips rythmically aligned
Matches up with our pending rendezvous.
All these thoughts I have of you in my head,
As I lay on your side of the bed.

Its great that you can express your feelings towards your wife in writing. Keep that skill. Communication is a great tool.

Cool dude. I hope my wife doesn’t read my reply or your blog…she’ll expect this….you raised that bar pretty damn high
Seriously, it’s good to keep that romantic flame burning. It’s also good to keep all facets of life balanced. Kudos
