Getting back on track
November 26, 2006I’m using this forum to kick start my workout program. I am in excellent shape, falling within all of the "scientific" ranges of body mass index, etc. However, I want to build muscle and lose that thin layer of fat from my mid-life midsection! I also want to eliminate the dreaded "back fat" that 90% of all men have.
My goal is to eat better (protein, complex carbs) and to maintain a workout regimen that will put on 15-20 lbs. of muscle. I want to be "ripped and ready" by JUNE. Can I make it?? Only time will tell.
