Tuesday, December 8th, 2009

As I sit here, after a 12 hour shift, charging my ipod before i go to the gym. I think this is what what makes us different, that is that physical fitness is a part of everyday life. So to all my military members out there no matter your branch or status, I know you know how it is…. so keep up the motivation and keep hittin the gym !  These are the days that separate you from the rest

Question revisited

Saturday, August 15th, 2009
So over the past couple years athletes such as  Lance Armstrong, Micheal Phelps, and David Beckham have became widely popular. This raises the question,”is this new slimmer endurance tailored body the new image of strength?” When the the word strong is brought up will these images replace those of Arnold and his counterparts.

I believe they might, but would like to hear your opinion.

pass this question on to your friends and post your answers here.

I don’t want to sacrifice my endurance for Muscle

Thursday, June 11th, 2009

I mainly writing this to see if any one out there has the same problem i do. I really want to bulk up but i don’t want to stop running and swimming. I think Im about at my limit of how much i can eat lol. The only way i can put on weight now is to not do any cardio. After a couple weeks off of cardio i put on about 5 lbs of what i believe to be muscle but i do one run or swim workout and i lose 3 of it, with the other 2 to follow slowly there after. Im stuck any suggestions?
