STARTING OVER….. I WASN’T GETTING THE RESULTS I WAS LOOKING FOR ALTHOUGH I WAS IN THE GYM 5 DAYS A WEEK AN HOUR A DAY PLUS CARDIO. I NEED SOME POINTERS CAN ANYONE HELP?

After the move I found it difficult to keep up with my workout routine due to all the pressure of moving and fixing the house…at least I lost another lb!!!! Tomorrow I start my routine again……back to the drawing board!!!!!
