Ive been on the site nearly 6 months now, and thought i’d write a new blog on my progress.

First of all, im so glad I plucked up the courage to put photos on the site, and for the overwhelming responses ive had, very inspiring. The comments have motivated me more to push harder at the gym, where im lifting more than i could and seeing the benefits in my progess pics. The site has enabled me to explore different exercises, routines and methods, which has pushed my body more and more.

Ive also put a few kg’s on aswell, so im around 92kgs, but im still striving to be well over 100kgs. Its also good to talk to like minded people and discussing various exercises helping people, aswell as getting help from more experienced people.

All in all a fantastic site, and im very glad I joined the BodySpace area

Ok ive never wrote a blog before so im not sure what to put, i guess its just about me and my training

Here goes

Im 24 and ive been going to various gyms for about 5-6 years now, gradually getting more serious about bodybuilding and how i can improve my physique and fitness. Unfortunately for me im an extreme ectormorph and find it so difficult to put weight on, but over the years ive perservered and reached just under 200lb, which to many is nothing but to me is quite an achievment, although i still think im too thin and want to gain another 30lb’s. Being an ectomorph does have its advantages as theres more definition to be seen without having to hit the treadmill to often

Ive always trained on my own at the gym as none of my friends have been into it, and although this has its benefits, it also has its downfalls. I can honestly say everything i have achieved in the gym I have done myself. I would say I have a strict diet but that would be lying! but do try to eat the right food to give my body the nutrition it needs to grow and perform at the gym.

Ive looked at bodybuilding.com for loads of infromation and its the best site ive used for exercise and generall weightlifting information, so thumbs up to you guys. This BodySpace is a great idea btw and im looking forward to posting some progess pics up to get some constructive criticism
